How do I use the new product browser?
The new product browser's flow is based very closely to that of our printed catalogs. To find items in a specific category, use the drop-down boxes in order from top to bottom. You may change the selections at any time to browse a different group. The items will appear below the drop-down boxes.


I can't browse certain sections, how do I fix this?

How do I sign up online to place purchase orders?
The online purchase order is a supplement and a convinience for our existing customers. You must first be an existing dealer or distributor for United Pacific to sign up online and use our systems. When you are approved, we will provide you with the required information for registering online.


How do I become a dealer or distributor for United Pacific products?
In order to become a United Pacific Industries dealer or distributor and to request UPI sales literature, you must first have a Retail and/or Wholesale Commercial place of business that's is related to big rig trucks. We will need:

  • A copy of your Retail Certificate (Fax only)
  • A copy of your Business License (Fax only)
  • Your Shipping and Mailing Address
  • Your Telephone and Fax Number
  • The Contact Person's first and last name
  • Your Credit and/or Bank Reference(s)


  • Except for the Retail Certificate and Business License, you are welcome to email all your information to sales@uapac.com, or fax it us at 310-638-6287. Please note that your are NOT automatically a customer even if you provide us with all the information; you will still need to be qualified and approved.
